I think there were many people, not just Colts fans
who were glad the Patriots lost. I felt bad for the players but I'm perfectly
delighted to see Bill Belechick cry into his little hoodie. This is NFL
football, and Bill Belichick and the New England Patriots are the best at it.
On-Field PlayThe process of scouting future players
begins when players start their college football careers. Each team has a
scouting department that features individual scouts located in various areas of
the country. These scouts are looking for top prospects based on size,
strength, athletic talent and ability.
The Houston Texans may have tallied a hard fought 16 6
win over the Cleveland Browns during week 12, but they lost one of their star
players. Running back Ahman Green injured his left knee during the game, which
was severe enough to force the Texans to place him on injured reserve. He was
injured in the third quarter of the game.
It means that the sport will suffer even more than it
otherwise wood, spelling error intended, in our soft economy. The only recent
golf headlines were generated by Tiger and his efforts to save the US car
industry from economic failure by letting Buick out of the endorsement contract
it had with him. The sound without Tiger is deafening ?deafening silence from
the fans not at events, not watching on TV, and not ringing cash registers that
are not selling golf apparel.
Think about it for a second and consider the
possibilities. If you had to compare your favorite NFL team to a wine blend
what would it be? Personally, I think a good bottle of 2004 Vigne Nuove
Cerasuolo Rose is the best wine to describe the ultimate super athlete team,
the Cincinnati Bengals. Fierce, agile and a testament of ultimate strength,
with the same qualities that is often described when it comes to Cerasuolo
Rosé, this grown up wine is exactly what I would relate the Bengals to..
What should Rex Ryan do for next season? Should Rex
Ryan be the coach of the Jets next year or will he be on the way out of New
York? The Jets have many questions to answer this offseason and I suggest they
begin making moves now. Their game plan all year was suppose to-be the ground
and pound. For some reason, they rarely executed this plan for reasons I have
failed to realize.
As far as NFL Network only replaying close games that
flat-out not true, as they replayed the Fins win over the Bears (31-13) and
last year replayed the Fins loss to the Browns (41-31, Browns got off to a huge
lead). No, there is every reason to believe the network refused to replay this
game both because the media in general hates the Fins, and the Pats are just as
clearly the NFL darlings. ANY other team would been darn near given the
"death penalty" like in college football if they been caught cheating
like the Pats.
